Terms and conditions

The following general conditions apply to all passengers booking with Taxi Apollo.

1. Payment is made at the time of booking. Taxi Apollo will then issue a written confirmation with all the details of the reservation and send it by email (or fax on request). Payments are non-refundable unless Taxi Apollo must, for reasons beyond its control, cancel the reservation or agree to cancel it.

2. The customer agrees to accept the general conditions of Taxi Apollo, even if the reservation is made by telephone.

​

3. When a person makes a reservation for two or more people, he commits himself on behalf of the other people and Taxi Apollo considers that all the members of the group also accept these general conditions.

​

4. Confirmation by e-mail (or fax) takes the place of receipt and must be presented to the driver or to the representative of Taxi Apollo.

​

5. The addresses indicated on the confirmation are those of your meeting point and for the transfer. If you wish to modify them or change any detail, the request must be made by phone or e-mail at least 4 days before the transfer.

​

6. If a reservation has been made for an individual and the plane or train is delayed, the vehicle provided by Taxi Apollo will remain on standby for 60 minutes at no additional cost. For delays beyond this limit, a supplement of CHF 50.- may be charged at the start of each additional waiting hour. This additional cost is payable to the driver or Taxi Apollo representative prior to departure.

7. Reservations must be canceled by phone or email. We must be informed of any cancellation no later than 24 hours before the date of travel. Beyond this limit, Taxi Apollo will not make any refund.

8. All baggage must be clearly labeled with the owner's name and address.

​

9. Any type of luggage accompanying a customer will be accepted, including skis or snowboards in travel cases, golf club bags ...

​

10. Taxi Apollo drivers reserve the right to refuse transport in their vehicles to any person visibly under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs and whose behavior could be considered a threat to the safety of others. passengers and driver.

​

11. It is strictly forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages and to smoke on board all vehicles.

​

12. Taxi Apollo and their carriers will do their utmost to ensure that vehicles arrive punctually at the agreed meeting points and to deliver their customers to their destination at the agreed time. However, Taxi Apollo and their carriers decline all responsibility for delays caused by events beyond their control such as:

  • Road accidents leading to slowdowns

  • Road accidents stopping all traffic

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Law enforcement

  • Vandalism and terrorism

  • Unpredictable traffic jams

  • Strikes or demonstrations blocking the roads

  • Problems caused by other passengers

  • Any other incident that may affect the safety of other passengers

13. Although handled with the greatest care, passenger baggage is transported at the owner's own risk and peril and Taxi Apollo or the carrier cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered. We recommend that passengers check their travel insurance before departure.

​

14. If the carrier is unable to deliver customers to their destination, Taxi Apollo undertakes to organize alternative transportation. Refunds made by Taxi Apollo to cover the cost of this alternative transportation may not exceed the cost of a taxi to clients' destinations.

​

15. Taxi Apollo can only be held responsible for foreseeable and reasonable incidents resulting from an error in the contract.
